How little of it was scheduled — we were asked each morning what we felt like. Against that, messages before the trip took a day or two to get answered, and for what we paid I'd expect the whole trip to be at the level of its best day.

Against that, the Guwahati leg took five hours in traffic and ate most of a day, and for what we paid I'd expect the whole trip to be at the level of its best day.

Swimming at Rainbow Falls before the day crowd arrived. Not perfect — the hotel on the first night was a clear step below the rest of the trip — but it didn't take much away from the rest.
