How little of it was scheduled — we were asked each morning what we felt like. Against that, messages before the trip took a day or two to get answered, and for what we paid I'd expect the whole trip to be at the level of its best day.

Thank you for being straight with us, Nikhil. You're right that the trip wasn't level throughout, and we're rebuilding that middle section for the coming season.
Swimming at Rainbow Falls before the day crowd arrived. Not perfect — there were two more people in the group than we'd been told to expect — but it didn't take much away from the rest.
